6AM to 10PM We’re a part of Saint Nicholas Park so Park hours are our hours.

It is park policy that dogs be leashed when not in the run.
Use of the dog run is at your own risk.
All dogs must be properly vaccinated and licenced with the city.
To license your dog, CLICK HERE.A MAXIMUM of three (3) dogs per person allowed.
You must pick up after your dog. Poop bags are provided. Leaving poop spreads disease.
Remove leash and prong collars before entering.
Monitor and control your dog at all times.
Please inform The Dog Run of any incident/concern.Monitor your dog around unneutered (male) dogs.
Dogs involved in a fight must be removed from the run.
Discourage excessive barking, especially in the early morning and late evening.
Children (under 13) must be accompanied by an adult. Please remember that not all dogs are child friendly and this space is for them.
Do not leave your dog unattended in the dog run or any area of the park.
Dogs in heat (female) are not allowed.
Do not leave toys inside.
Refill holes dug by your dog.
NO glass containers are allowed.

Fights / harm involving humans IS a reportable offense
Someone training a dog to fight
Drunk / Unruly behavior
Fights between dogs are NOT reportable offenses.
If you find a lost dog
Contact us so we can post on our socials.
If the dog doesn’t have tags with contact information take the dog to a vet to be checked for a microchip.
Drop the dog off at a NO KILL shelter.
Bring it to the NYPD.
